Her passion for fitness has been a motivating factor throughout her life, and she is thrilled to be able to share her passion with others. Sandra is a certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, and has a degree in Psychology. Sandra understands the struggle the average person goes though on their way to wellness.
